Welcome to Laura Mac Wellness, where I understand that starting or returning to fitness is about more than just exercise. It's about rebuilding your confidence, and strength, and finding a supportive community that gets it. This is why I have developed and nurtured a range of options for you to explore.  Hopefully one of these will suit your individual needs, but if not I am always available to listen and try and work with you to ensure your needs are met.
