WELCOME TO LAURA MAC WELLNESS

Hey! I'm so glad you're here.
If you've landed here, chances are you're craving a way to feel stronger, calmer, more at home in your body; and to actually enjoy life while you're at it!

I'm Laura and I support women who want to feel good, live well, and squeeze as much joy out of life as possible; without burnout, extremes, or pressure to be perfect.

I understand that starting or returning to fitness is about more than just exercise. It's about rebuilding your confidence, and strength, and finding a supportive community that gets it. My approach is simple, realistic, and human! It's about strength that supports your life; self care that fits in to real days; and wellness that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.

There are lots of ways to work with me- online strength and stretch sessions, in- person strength sessions; to 1:1 PT and coaching; to guidance around skin, self care and long-term wellbeing. You don't need to do everything; you just need a starting point that feels right for you.

This is a space you can come back to whenever you need grounding, encouragement, or a nudge towards feeling better in yourself.
